The CDFL are pleased to advise that fixtures for Ellesmere Port III will be resuming on the 10th December 2011. The club has expressed its thanks to all clubs whilst this situation has been resolved.

CDFL Fixtures for December are now on line and will be e-mailed shortly. Free dates have been given for the 24th and the 31st of December 2011. However, these dates may be utilised if needs be for cup games that fall foul of the weather.

Congratulations to Lever Athletic. They won the big prize draw and walk away with a custom kit worth £500. The CDFL would like to thank all our clubs who took part in the draw. We contributed £220 of the £1000 made on the night for Help For Heroes. Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The CDFL is proud to announce our backing for a fund raising event  in aid of the Help for Heroes Charity. A local business man has donated a voucher for a £500 custom made kit that will be raffled off exclusively between our clubs. The draw will be made by Ex Liverpool player Phil Neale at the Mount Inn on October 3rd. We ask that all our clubs support the worthy event and purchase £10 worth of tickets per team. Your full support is greatly appreciated. Tickets will be on sale at our SGM on the 13th. Remember. The winner will be one of our clubs.

A Special General Meeting of the CDFL has been called and will take place on Tuesday 13th September 2011, 7pm, in the Blues Bar of the Exacta Stadium. All clubs must attend. Notices will be sent out shortly
