At the CDFL Management Committee Meeting this week it was decided that the 4 game rule (Cup Rule 2 (b)) for eligibility for Semi Final & Final Ties be reduced to 2 games due to the inclement weather we have been experiencing, for the 2012-2013 season. Therefore all eligible players MUST have played in at least TWO CDFL competition games by the end of February. No appeals will be heard on this rule as a result.
Any club who requires a new match day result book, please e-mail the league secretary.
I am delighted to announce that with immediate effect Qubic Print will be the new sponsor for the CDFL Division Two. All games this weekend are now off. Even the all weather pitches have fallen foul of the weather!!!
All games are off this weekend with the exception of Whitby Athletic v Hoole Rangers which will be played on the new 4G venue in Ellesmere Port.
I Regret to inform you that Chester Albion have folded. Their record has been expunged from the league and the tables adjusted. All players have been released and are free to sign on for other clubs. Please contact the League Secretary if you require your details sent onto any players.
