League Handbooks

League handbooks are now available. One will be posted to all clubs, referee’s and league officials this week. Further ones will be distributed through out the coming weeks.

Registrations

All clubs are reminded that the 6th August is the last day to submit a minimum of 14 Registration Forms to Paul Graham. Further forms can still be submitted after this date.

CDFL Links up with Dee1063

The CDFL are proud to to announce that the areas leading radio station, Dee 1063,  will be sponsoring the CDFL League cup this season. This is a major coup for the league with match reports being featured in the sports section of the Dee 1063 web pages.

League Update

I am sorry to report that 2 teams have dropped out of the league since the AGM. Zone Fitness and BYC Highfield Reserves will no longer be taking part in the 2011 – 2012 season. This leaves a unique opportunity for 2 late applications. Are you an existing team with a large number of players who could run a reserve side? Let me know. Chester Nomads III

Chester Nomads Third team are in need of a new goalkeeper for the coming season.
 
They currently train Tue and Thurs of every week and welcome anyone interested to come along.

Railway Athletic Expelled from CDFL

At the SGM held on the 28th June it was decided by those eligible clubs present that due to un-desirable behaviour, Railway Athletic have been removed from the 2010 – 2011 season and their record has been expunged. It was also decided that they be barred from any further participation in the CDFL. Check out the league tables for the final standings.

A reminder to everyone that our league AGM is this coming Tuesday 28th June 2011 at the Exacta Stadium commencing at 7pm sharp. Attendance is mandatory so please make sure that your club is represented.
