The Referee Course run by the Chester  District FA in September has been cancelled. Details of the new dates will be issued in due course.

Shippons Athletic are now called Pensby Hotel FC after a change of sponsor.

Lache FC have picked up their first silverware of this campaign with a thrilling 5-4 win over West Cheshire side Upton AA in the Barry Gaulton Memorial Trophy.

After going down 4-2, Lache picked up the pace in the second half, notching the winner with the last kick of the game. This is a fine victory for the CDFL side over their West Cheshire rivals and certainly shows the quality on offer in our league.

Tom Gerraghty Memorial Trophy winners Lache FC will represent the CDFL in the annual memorial trophy to honour the memory of local football legend, Barry Gaulton. The match will take place on Saturday 27th July at County Officers Club in Upton, 3pm KO. Everyone is invited for what should be a spectacular game. Refreshments will be available from the club house afterwards.

All clubs are reminded that you MUST submit your fully completed (top & bottom) Player Registration Forms to Paul Graham TWO WEEKS before your first game. Remember to include a stamp addressed envelope for the return of the counter foils.
